There is a difference between being nice to someone by doing something extra and straight up being taken advantage of. We need to hold our standard and stay true to it, because if we don’t, then people will continue to push and test our limits. It’s important for us to know when we are being taken advantage of and immediately draw our line. Some of you may say doing so may turn customers away, the truth is as a professional you only want GOOD customers. And good customers do not try to do those things to you! From now on, you need to wary and draw the line!
